The Dubai College of Tourism LLC and its affiliates (“DCT”, “We”,“we”,“our” or “us”)
are committed to providing a high standard of service to our customer including respecting their concerns about privacy and taking the relevant measures to safeguard their Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We record your progress during a Course, including the learning outcomes you have completed and the assessments you have undertaken (including your responses and your assessment scores).
We may also require you to use a webcam during assessments, in which case we will collect the recording of you sitting the assessment in order to ensure fairness of test conditions among all Users.

We process Personal Data provided by customer through our website or other interactions with us on the basis of a legal obligation permitted by KDHA legislations. Where we ask for your consent, we process Personal Data on the basis of consent.

When assessing these periods, we carefully examine our need to collect Personal Data at all times and if we establish a relevant need, we only retain it for the shortest possible period to serve the purpose of collection unless a longer retention period is required by law.
